Processing Times
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
As each piece is handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during busy periods.
Delivery Estimates
- Denmark: 1–3 working days
- European Union: currently unavailable
- Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Singapore: 7–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Actual shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders.
Within Denmark
- Parcel Shop* – 50 DKK – free on orders 800 DKK and up
- Home Delivery – 70 DKK – free on orders 1,000 DKK and up
- Timeline: 1-3 working days

To Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Spain & Sweden

- Economy Home – €12 – free on orders €200 and up
- Standard Home – €43

To United Kingdom**

To Switzerland**
- Economy Home – CHF 17 – free on orders CHF 200 and up

To Singapore**
- Economy Home – S$18 – free on orders S$300 and up

- Timeline: 6 to 14 business days
**Orders delivered outside EU may take longer due to customs.
Tracking
Tracking is available on all shipping methods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Custom Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
