Because each piece is handmade, damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me with photos within 7 days, and I’ll help find the best possible solution.

📮 Lost or Delayed Mail
- For tracked parcels: If your tracked parcel has not moved for an extended period, or appears lost, please contact me. I will help start an investigation with the courier and support you throughout the process.
- For standard/non-trackable mail, please contact me if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days — I will do my best to help find a solution. There can be delays if your order goes to Canada due to postal services strike.
