Handmade to order • Ships from Denmark

All jewellery is handmade in Denmark and shipped from my studio.
Please allow time for both crafting and delivery — each piece is made to order, not mass-produced.

We’re on a short break from 2-9 Feb. Orders made during these dates will be processed from 10 Feb. Thank you for your support.

Shipping Regions & Rates

DENMARK

Parcel Shop / Locker Delivery
1–2 working days — 45 DKK
Free on orders over 450 DKK / €60

Home Delivery
1–2 working days — 60 DKK

Delivery is handled by PostNord.

EU, UK & SWITZERLAND

  • Tracked shipping: 3–10 working days — €12–€25
  • Free shipping on orders over €150

Final delivery times and rates are shown at checkout.
UK & Switzerland orders may take longer due to customs.

Tracking & Delivery Notes

All shipping includes tracking and is suitable for small jewellery parcels.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 calendar days, please get in touch — I’ll help where I can.

Estimated Total Time (Crafting + Shipping)

  • Denmark: 2–5 days crafting + 1–2 days delivery
  • EU / UK / CH: 2–5 days crafting + 4–10 days delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs.

Customs, VAT & Import Taxes

For orders outside the EU, local VAT, duties, or customs fees may apply upon arrival.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office if unsure.

Returns, Cancellations & Issues

Because each piece is handmade to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this, your piece may already be in production.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos. Each case is reviewed individually.

Lost or delayed mail
Tracked parcels: I’ll help initiate an investigation with the courier
