Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it; we change our minds too! Please reach out to us via email (hello.bethesummer@gmail.com) within the first 24 hours after your shopping to cancel your order.

After which, your order will be processed and cancellations are unfortunately not accepted. As all our items are make to order to avoid wastage of materials; hence if you do change your mind after 24 hours, we don't accept cancellations but are able to issue a credit note.

Should you change your mind after 24 hours, Be the summer will accept an exchange of items or credit.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, but dependent on design, turnaround time required and material availability. Please message us via Instagram @bethesummer_ to enquire more.

Gifts

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes. Please add it as a note before checkout with the following:

  • Order is a gift OR item(s) that is a gift
  • Name of receiving party

Will a receipt be included in the packaging?

No order information will be included in the packaging if it is a gift. This means that if the entire order is a gift for someone, they will only receive their gift, without any accompanying details about the order. However, we always send a receipt to the buyer via email, which you can forward to the recipient or provide them with the order number if necessary.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to:

  • All of Europe
  • United States | Canada | Switzerland | United Kingdom | Greenland | Singapore | Malaysia | Japan | Taiwan | Australia | New Zealand

International customs or duty fees?

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply and vary by country based on the package value. Be the summer is not responsible for these fees. The customer is responsible for being aware of any charges. We recommend contacting your local customs for more information on duty/custom fees, as not all packages are subject to them.

What are your shipping/delivery time?

These are all estimated times, and the crafting of your orders are NOT included.

  • Denmark shipping: 2-4 work days
  • Within EU: 3-10 work days
  • International: 4-21 work days

Please note that typical transit time for international orders falls between 4 and 21 work days, delivery times may vary depending on country and customs processes. Find more details on shipping and cost here.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have opted for standard shipping OR are enjoying free shipping, your order is not trackable. Orders usually arrive at your letterbox between 4 to 21 work days.

If you have opted for tracked shipping, your confirmation email will contain a hyperlinked tracking number. This will enable you to track your shipment and view the estimated delivery date.
