Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Denmark.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days. Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is offered once you reach the order value of €60. Click here for full shipping details.
Will I need to pay customs or VAT?
Orders within the EU are shipped with VAT included. For non-EU destinations, local customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Jewellery & Materials
What materials do you use?
We work with 14k gold-filled and 18k gold-plated materials, paired with pearls, glass beads, and gemstones.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Our pieces are made with materials that are generally suitable for sensitive skin. But if you have more sensitive skin, opt for our 14K gold-filled jewellery designs here.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear, but it is not waterproof. To keep pieces looking their best, we recommend avoiding water, perfumes, and lotions.
Will the gold finishing wear off?
With time and wear, finishing may naturally wear off. Proper care will help extend the life of your jewellery.
We recommend:
- Laying jewellery flat to help prevent tangling or loosening
- Store in the ziplock bag provided to slow down tarnishing
- Keep jewellery dry at all times to preserve the finish

Care & Wear
How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store pieces separately and gently wipe them after wear.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes — our jewellery is made to be worn and enjoyed. A little care goes a long way in keeping it beautiful over time.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is handmade to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this, your piece may already be in production.
Lost or delayed mail
- Tracked parcels: I’ll help initiate an investigation with the courier
- Non-trackable mail: please contact me if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos. Each case is reviewed individually.
Gifting
Is your jewellery suitable for gifting?
Absolutely. Our pieces are often chosen as thoughtful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.
Do you include gift packaging?
Each order is carefully packaged and ready for gifting. If it’s a gift, simply add a note at cart to let us know — we’ll address it to the recipient for you.
Can I send an order directly to the recipient?
Yes — simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
