Hi, it’s Esther — and today I would like to share the story behind Fleur, one of my most personal and quietly joyful collections.
Drawn to colour (always)
Fun fact: whenever I see something colourful, I tend to walk toward it instinctively — no questions asked. Colour makes me feel something. It lifts me. It makes me happy.
Fleur started as a one-off idea — a small, floral piece I made just for myself. There was no plan, just a feeling. Over the course of a year, I collected materials bit by bit — beads that reminded me of petals, soft pops of colour that made me smile.
I pieced it together gradually, as and when something felt right. It was never rushed, and I think that’s what makes it so special — it grew slowly, like a real garden would.
The final piece? I loved it so much, I brought it along to my first FindersKeepersDK Design Market at ArtMaze in Copenhagen, May 2024. To my surprise (and delight), it received so much love — even a few pre-orders! So Fleur is here to stay.
Since then, it’s bloomed into a mini collection — Fleur – Verano – Primavera – Cherry Sunshine, all keeping that same garden-like feeling.

A garden you can carry
I hope to share the feeling of happiness — like stepping into your own backyard on any day, with flowers in bloom and sunlight catching on leaves.
Fleur became that — wearable garden, each one playful, lighthearted, and made to carry a bit of sunshine with you. Thanks for loving this little garden with me 🌼
